    Take the percent-decoding scheme check
    
    The parser was reading a URL's scheme before percent-decoding it, which
    is not the order a browser reads it in, so a fully or partly encoded
    javascript: passed the filter and ran on click. Fixed upstream; this
    takes the submodule forward to it.
